You'll also want to sign up below with your email as we have special BOGOs & various specials going on often so you can be the first to know. During lives occasionally we will PAY A CART which is an awesome thank you we like to do for our customers. Some other bonuses about shopping with us is the more you post pics on our FB & tag us on your page you'll be entered for great gifts or even shop credits, when you share you also are entered for gifts especially during lives (you won't want to miss winning during these!), & when you refer a friend who shops with us you will be rewarded as another thank you. Everyone who shops with us will receive a small thank you in their package:) Of course a holiday isn't the same without some specials so keep your eyes out! Some other things in the works is a free gift for either spending a certain amount or even accruing to earn rewards on your next purchases, & possible free shipping for a month when in the VIP ship program or even free ship if another purchase is within 24 hours from the one prior (tbd). We do ask that if you place something in your cart you must check out in the allotted time as it’s not a wish list, & if cart drops become excessive unfortunately it may result in being blocked.
Our TAT (turn around time) right now is 3 business days - so from the time we receive your order to the time we pack / ship it out. You will receive a notification your package has shipped. We hope you love all of our items as much as we do, however if needed, our return policy is we must be notified via email within 48 hrs of package arrival of the exact issue so that we may offer a flex return policy. That means we do want to make you happy! If you need to swap out a size if avail, or store credit to which we can offer (only if it’s a full priced item). In the email we will describe the necessary next steps (such as us requesting a photo, or how to continue with returning the item to us - we don't cover return shipping, & need to ensure the item is exactly how it was sent from our shop - original packaging, no scents, furbaby hair, stains, not worn, & so on). Once we receive the item the return requested may take 5 business days to process once we receive it. If an item is NON returnable or exchangeable it will be advised on that item description.
